The Situation
A visa and travel consultancy offering expert immigration services, needed a complete overhaul of their Instagram presence. The brief was to move beyond generic content and develop a social media identity built on innovative, trend-aware concepts that would drive meaningful engagement and position the brand as a trusted authority in the immigration space.
The Solution
In collaboration with a copywriter, developed over 100 social media posts and reel concepts aligned with current platform trends, designed to resonate deeply with the target audience. The initiative drove a measurable uplift in followers, enhanced brand visibility, and a significant increase in customer enquiries. Additionally, redesigned the website homepage banner around a clear, action-oriented message — 'Get your visa in 3 steps' — to reduce friction and improve conversion.
