The Situation
A concept for a food ordering app, built around the insight that friction kills appetite. The goal was to design a seamless end-to-end experience — from discovery through to checkout — with a focus on intuitive navigation, meaningful meal customisation, and frictionless repeat ordering. Every design decision prioritised clarity, speed, and delight.
The Solution
Owned the full design process end-to-end: user research, competitor analysis, user flow mapping, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, UI design, design system creation, microcopy, and usability testing. The result is a refined, production-ready mobile experience that demonstrates how thoughtful UX can meaningfully elevate a product in a saturated market.
